I sprained my knee on Tuesday, but while I'm recovering I can still make good use of time doing small drawings and paintings in my sketchbook.
I used craft acrylics and a couple old foam prints to make the moth and flower texture in blue on the right. I drew the letters for "Fly" in pencil and added some auras with water soluble colored pencil. I also lightly painted over the permanent marker drawing underneath the bottom of the fish. The fish itself came next - I copied and cut it out from a drawing in my sketchpad. I'm happy with the colors. I could shrink this down and use it on fabric art. Hmmmm?
