Solo Show in Summit County

The Summit County Arts Exhibit Committee juried my work into the County public buildings for May and June. I'll do a quick little 5 minute interview for Altitude TV, and a demo of various surface design techniques in conjunction with this show. The Summit Daily News will give information for the show in their locations, dates for the show.

Fiber Art Exhibit at NCAR

Foam Prints for Quilting Arts Magazine

I'm working on an article about foam printing on fabric, which will be featured in the August/September issue of QA. One of the pieces I've completed for this project is a work inspired by the architecture in Santa Fe. We've been there often, since we live only a five hour drive away, and have lots of great pictures of the old cathedrals, including the oldest one in the U.S., dating back to the 1600's.

"Women, Peace, and Security" Exhibit

Here it is! The finished art quilt for the U.N. traveling exhibit "Women, Peace, and Security", which will bring support to women in war torn countries. I am happy to be a part of that cause. This will get shipped tomorrow.
